The introductory period starts when your first holiday-accommodation advert is published. Your property sale and long-term rental adverts remain free to list.
Published booking commission tariff
No monthly listing fee. The tariff applies only to eligible bookings made after your introductory period that result in completed stays, once booking tracking is available and you accept the booking terms.
Example: £500 in eligible accommodation charges gives a £50 platform commission.
Create your advert
Register, choose “Holiday accommodation / short stays”, add your property details and photographs, and submit your advert for review.
Speak directly with guests
Respond to enquiries and agree availability, your price, cancellation terms and payment arrangements directly.
Keep your place up to date
Maintain accurate photographs, pricing and contact details. Update or remove your advert when it is no longer available.
Offer details
Your introductory period runs for three calendar months from publication of your first holiday-accommodation advert. It applies once per host account, rather than restarting for each additional property. There is no automatic paid subscription or monthly renewal charge.
The post-introductory tariff is a total platform commission of 10% of eligible accommodation charges, including any VAT applicable to that platform fee. Separately itemised accommodation taxes, refundable security deposits and optional extras are excluded from the commission base. Refunds reduce eligible charges; fully refunded bookings attract no commission. A free cancellation or an unpaid no-show attracts no commission. Paid cancellation and no-show charges do not attract commission under this completed-stay tariff.
No commission applies retrospectively to bookings made during your introductory period. Any future booking service will show the applicable fee, calculation and cancellation terms before you accept it. Your existing directory advert does not, by itself, authorise a payment or booking commission.
Advertisers must own or be authorised to advertise the accommodation, provide accurate information and have the permissions required to offer their stay. Publishing an advert does not guarantee enquiries, bookings or occupancy.
